Honey mustard vinaigrette recipe

Hey guys…

I hope you’ve already read my Healthy Asian Inspired Salad recipe.. and you’re here just for the vinaigrette!

This is a simple and 2 min recipe and stores really well in the refrigerator.

For this recipe you need the following ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup olive oil
  2. honey to taste
  3. 2tbsp Dijon mustard
  4. juice of 1 lime
  5. salt to taste
  6. pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix in all the ingredients together and whisk until well combined. I like to do mine in a mason jar, it’s great to store in the fridge. Definitely adjust the taste to your liking. This vinaigrette is supposed to be sweet and sour and I goes really well with my salad recipe!
